The project examples are illustrative

The project examples shown on this site are illustrative. They describe the kind of system that can be built and the approach taken, using representative interfaces and scenarios.

They are not verified client engagements, and the outcomes described are intentions rather than measured results from a named client. No specific result, saving or timescale is promised by anything on this site.

Enquiries and consultations

Sending an enquiry or booking a consultation creates no obligation on either side. An initial conversation is free and carries no commitment to proceed.

Please send accurate information. Enquiries that are automated, abusive, or sent repeatedly to disrupt the service may be blocked. Booking links are personal to the recipient and should not be shared.

Proposals and paid work

Anything shown on this site or in the portal is an indication, not a binding offer. Scope, price, timeline, payment terms and ownership of delivered work are fixed only in a written agreement signed by both sides.

Where these terms and a signed project agreement disagree, the project agreement takes precedence.

Client portal access

Portal access is granted individually and is not transferable. Keep your password confidential and tell me immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.

Access may be suspended or withdrawn where an account is misused, shared, or where the working relationship ends. The information in the portal is provided for your own use in connection with your project.

The insight articles are general guidance about connecting and automating business systems. They are not professional, legal, financial or regulatory advice, and they cannot account for your specific circumstances. Assess any approach against your own situation before acting on it.

Content on this site

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Dev Mizan unless stated otherwise. You may read, quote and share it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or present it as your own work, without written permission. Ownership of work delivered to a client is set by that project’s agreement.

Availability

I aim to keep this site and the portal available and accurate, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Features that depend on external services may be unavailable when those services are. The site may change or be withdrawn at any time.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, lost data or business interruption arising from use of this website or reliance on its general guidance. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability for paid project work is dealt with in that project’s agreement.
